How to delete your account

1. Sign in to My Cosmic Key on the website or in the My Cosmic Key Android app.
2. Open your Profile page.
3. Tap or click "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

On the website, go to Profile after signing in. In the Android app, open the same Profile screen and use Delete Account.

What happens after deletion

• Your account access ends and you are signed out. You will no longer be able to sign in with the same account credentials.
• Profile identifiers used for sign-in (such as email and phone) are released so you may register again later as a new account if you choose.
• Display name and authentication secrets associated with the account are cleared as part of deletion.
• This action cannot be undone for that account. Creating a new account later does not restore the previous account.

Data retention

As described in our Privacy Policy, we retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Records tied to past bookings, payments, or similar operational history may be kept where needed for those purposes. We do not publish a separate fixed retention calendar beyond that policy.
